Tennis Pros:




Adrian Games
Meadows Director of Tennis, Adrian Games has a wealth of teaching & playing experience. He has taught & trained all over the country (including the renowned Nick Bollettieri & Dennis Van der Meer Tennis Academies) working with many world ranked adult & junior players. He has trained adults of all levels, junior State Champions & Division I College players. Adrian is a USPTA P-1 & PTR Professional, the USPTA Intermountain Past President, National USPTA Executive Board member & the 2007 USPTA Intermountain Pro of the Year!

Art Quinn: Head Pro
Art joins us with 18 years of adult and junior teaching experience. He attended Cherry Creek HS and the University of Redlands in California, where he was a member on both championship teams. Art is currently the Varsity Boys Tennis Coach at Cherry Creek HS and has spent 15 years as co-director of the successful Worthy to Win Performance Training Academy in Cherry Hills, CO.



Sue Burke
The former Women’s Coach at DU and a former USTA National Coach, Sue is a current USTA High Performance Coach, National Quick Start Trainer, and member of the ITA Coaches Commission and The Colorado Governor’s Council for Fitness. In 2007, Sue received the National and Intermountain USPTA Industry Excellence Award and the Sportswomen of Colorado Contribution to Sports Award.

Tennis Professionals:

Dr Adolfo Games is originally from Argentina, has multiple tennis certifications including USPTA, PTR & NTA. A former High School tennis coach and Head Pro of RINC in Nederland CO.

Kevin Grieve is a former Buffalo tennis player and a local BHS star before playing at CU. He was named CU Team Captain his senior year.

Eamonn McNaughton has trained at the Bollettieri Tennis Academy. Eamonn is very excited to be here at the Meadows and looks forward to working with the membership.

Aaron Burgess has coached tennis for seven years now including coaching a High School tennis team. Aaron is in charge of Jr Team Tennis here at the club and we are excited to have Aaron before he is off to graduate school at Cal - Berkeley in August.

Tucker Johnson has coached junior tennis with the Boulder City rec department and brings his enthusiasm to the Meadows this summer.

 



Swim Staff:

Nate Reed: 9-10 Swim Team Coach

Nate has been swimming competitively for over 7 years. He started in high school and continues at CU. In high school, he was captain his senior year and is now the captain of the CU Club team (5 time club champions). Although this is his first year coaching, he has been instructing since the summer of ’08. He is excited to have a successful season with the Meadows Club.


Amanda Nerbovig: 11-12 Swim Team Coach
Amanda is originally from Seattle, WA and started swimming when she was 12 for a local summer swim league. After finally learning to put
her face in the water without plugging her nose she realized she loved swimming. Amanda quickly joined a year-round swim team where she competed at both the local and regional level. She also swam for her high school swim team where she was a state finalist all four years and Captain of the team her senior year. She continued swimming at the University of Idaho, a division-1 school, on their women’s swim team. She was Captain of the team her junior year along with Katherine. Amanda enjoys wearing Vandal gear and also has a serious problem keeping track of her water bottle.


Katherine Kubancik: 13-14 Swim Team Coach
Katherine has been involved with the Meadows Club for more than 16 years. Her love of swimming began when she joined the team at age 7 and she has been hooked ever since. Katherine swam throughout high school and continuing onto swim for 4 years in college at the University of Idaho. Katherine has had many amazing experiences with the sport and realizes the positive effects that it has had on her life. She loves to share her passion for swimming to kids of all ages and is excited for another great season at the Meadows Club!
